Fee Schedule

 

As our firm has both a transactional and a litigation practice, fees and costs vary and are somewhat dependent upon the type of case for which we are employed.

For many of our services we may provide reduced fees to members of the Texas Legal Protection Plan (TLPP), HYATT Legal Services or ARAG Legal Protection Plan, Consolidated Legal Concepts Incorporated (CLC), where appropriate. If you belong to a specific legal protection plan and wish to use of this firm’s services, please let us know how we may become part of your legal plan to better serve your needs.

 

At our discretion, we do consider making financial arrangements with a reduced retainer fee schedule or payment plan for select clients that have a specifically identified type of case when deemed socially important by staff. Litigation cases are generally negotiated separately with some being fully contingency-based, while other cases may be of a mixed type with some fees and costs paid by the client and some by the firm.

We do not take PRO BONO CASES, though staff has on occasion been paid with farm fresh eggs, plants, pies, specialty dinners, landscaping, auto repair and other general labor.
